A web-based business centric solution we have developed, APSmart is a web-based client application that utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to capture and automate document management workflow. APSmart module can automate all manual works and eliminate paper dependency by capturing and indexing archived invoices and documents for searchable results. APSmart is built on Service Oriented Architecture with 100% web-based presentation layer supporting all latest browsers. APSmart is deployed on Amazon’s AWS, where the main hosting hub is in Northern Virginia AWS data center and the failover hub at Norther California AWS data center. APSmart is currently being used by over 30 companies based in the US.
